Fees and payments

Standard fees per session range from £65-70 depending on clinic slot. I ask for first sessions to be paid in advance by online transfer. 

From then onwards you are welcome to pay by online transfer on the day of the session, or by monthly invoice by the 1st of the month.

I hold some very low cost spaces for those in receipt of income accessed benefits or without recourse to public funds.

Cancellations 

To allow for usual leave/holiday allowances up to 4 pre arranged cancellations can be agreed in advance, charged at a £20 retainer fee to cover fixed costs.

f you cannot make a session with 48 hours notice, I will always try to accommodate rescheduling for another time that week, depending on availability. Late cancellations are charged in full.

If for any reason (holidays or illness) I cancel the session, you will not be charged. 

Confidentiality 

As is required by the professional body I am registered with (BACP) and in line with their code of ethics and practice, all information pertaining to you is confidential, unless I become seriously concerned for yours or someone else’s safety. 

Your personal data is kept in paper record form and is securely stored for 6 years for legal reasons, after this date your data will be securely deleted. I will not share it with any third parties.
